Resistive terminations are useful in slotted-line measurements and for checking accuracy of network analyzers, directional couplers, bridges, and admittance meters. The known location of a purely resistive termination permits the production of many known complex impedances through the addition of sections of 874-L Air Line, fixed or adjustable. 50 OHM impedance, non-locking GR-874 connectors.
