I-Bolt Kit for use with our Fiberglass Mast Systems.
3/16″ Eye Bolt, Hex Nut, & Nylon Lock Nut Kit, Stainless Steel
Installation
Step 1:
Mark your Tube and Rod, with a maximum outer diameter of 1 inch, 1 inch down (or in) from the end.
Step 2:
Drill a 3/16″ hole all the way through. Be sure not apply much force to the drill. Let the drill bit eat its way through slowly and deliberately. If too much force is applied you can “punch-through” the other side instead of having a nice clean hole.
Step 3:
Insert the 3/16″ I-Bolt. If it does not slide in freely, screw it into place until the nut seats flush to the tube. Screw on the nylon lock washer on the rear side.
Use with a shackle and pulley to get an easy way to attach a pulley system to the top of your mast
