Square Adjustable Angle Connectors for connecting, splicing, or repairing square tube of the corresponding sizes. These are made from fiberglass square bar. Perfect for an internal couple of two square tubes. Adjustable from 90 degrees to 270 degrees. From straight to 90 degrees in either direction.
If using these angle connectors in another manufacturer’s tubes, pay close attention to the on-side dimension for each connector which is listed once you make a nominal size selection. Additional fabrication maybe needed to use.

Assembly Tips
The best adhesives to use to attach the Angle connectors inside of square tubes are as follows. Some can be gotten at your local hardware store while others are more specialized and can be acquired at online retailers. JB Weld, Original Cold-Weld Formula is a hand mixed epoxy that comes in two individual tubes, on a blister pack, that can be purchased at all major hardware stores. Applying a generous layer around each leg of the connector THEN pressing it into the square tube will allow any excess to escape. Wipe off all excess quickly and be sure the surface underneith where you are working is covered against any drops of the adhesive as it begins to set up fairly quickly.
Ashland Pliogrip Urethane Adhesive is a construction adhesive that is available for industrial applications, but is THE BEST to adhering fiberglass together and other parts onto fiberglass that WE know of. Applying a generous layer around each leg of the connector THEN pressing it into the square tube will allow any excess to escape. Wipe off all excess quickly and be sure the surface underneath where you are working is covered against any drops of the adhesive as it begins to set up fairly quickly. NOTE! This product requires a special application tool. Becomes very economical for large use applications.
For a mechanical attachment method, a pinning method can be used. Place the part in the end of the tube. With the part “seated” drill a 9/64″ hole through the overlap area. Insert a #6:32 machine screw of the corresponding length to the largest diameter piece being drilled OR a rivet. An illustration of this method is below:
