Mobile Antenna Mounts
We are pleased to offer an exclusive, custom machined, super high power rated mobile antenna mount! This mount is custom machined from 3.25″ OD solid 6061-T6 aluminum. The dielectric is high quality (1.75 inch!) Delrin, and our labs have conducted hipot voltage breakdown tests (from center conductor to the outer body) that withstood better than 25,000 volts! (For maximum voltage rating, keep the center conductor as far away from the edge and car body as possible.)
**Remember for highest voltage rating, the center conductor lead should be routed away from the mount at a right angle, not run parallel to the Delrin dielectric as shown in the photos.****
